The last couple of months have been hectic and hard work but also a incredibly exciting process. And I am feeling extremely happy as tomorrow (the 10th October 2017) my very own makeup products will be available for sale from beautycrush.com!
I never dreamed that I would ever have the opportunity to do something like this before and I need to say a massive thank you to Beauty Crush for inviting me to be part of their launch! As well as all my lovely followers, who I hope love the products as much as I do!
The whole Beauty Crush journey began, back in June, where I was introduced to Grace, from the beauty crush team, who told me all about their new venture. I jumped at the chance to be a part and soon after I travelled to London to meet the team at their office. We sat around a table and I shared all my ideas about what type of makeup I liked, what I wanted it to look like, the branding, the textures, the shades... everything you can think of! We had moodboards and samples for me to try out.
And a few weeks later, we met again, this time in my hometown Manchester, where the creative team at Beauty Crush had designed a selection of packaging ideas for me to choose from. I was so conflicted, having to choose which look would become my branding, that I reached out to my followers and asked on Instagram for some help. The final decision was made by my followers - it was such a popular choice. By this time I also had my final samples of the face palette and matte liquid lipstick. I loved them and spent weeks trying them out to make sure they were perfect!
Now I am here, with only a day until my makeup finally launches! I've shared some videos on YouTube to show you the makeup and what it looks like. Hopefully you all love it as much as I do!
