I created this New Years Eve party look using The Body Shop Rock The Night Eyeshadow Quad to create a blue and black smokey eye. I don't usually go for this make up look but for NYE, I feel like you have to go all out!
I found that all the shadows were really easy to blend. This is important when working with darker tones as you could definitely end up looking like you've got two big black eyes. I used the blue shade all over my lid and blended the glittery dark silver in to my crease. I also used the lightest shadow in the corner of my eye, this made the blue look lighter and I loved it! To finish off the look I used the black shadow as a eyeliner.
Overall, I really liked this quad. I'll definitely be using this when I need to do a bold, evening look. It's currently in The Body Shop sale for only £10 and it is 100% vegan. I also used the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer which made my foundation look flawless, it's currently one of my favourites. I love that Hourglass is now on sale in Harvey Nichols Manchester. I used my Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation and set it with the Bobbi Brown powder. On my lips I wore the Tanya Burr Matte Lip in Martha Moo, it's one of my favourites!
